How to Turn Comment Section Questions Into Content That Builds Your List (And Nurtures the One You’ve Got)
Raise your hand if you’ve ever stared at your screen wondering what to post...
Now raise your hand if you’ve ever told yourself:
“I just need to get visible. I need to be consistent.”
...but still heard crickets when it came to sales. 🙃
Let’s change that.
What if I told you your next scroll-stopping, list-building, sales-driving content idea is hiding right in the comments of a popular post in your niche?
Because it is.
Where to Find the Right Questions (FAST)
No need to pull ideas out of thin air—here’s where the gold is hiding:
Big creators in your niche (scroll their top posts and look for Qs in the comments)
Your own DMs (people are literally telling you what they need)
Facebook groups + Reddit threads (search keywords!)
Zoom call convos, client vent sessions, coaching calls
EXAMPLE: If you're a wellness coach and someone comments on a viral post,
“I’ve tried everything for energy and still crash by 2pm…”
📌 That’s your next piece of content.
If you just answer questions without a clear story or call to action, you’re educating… but not converting!
Turn That Question Into a Full Content Stack (Using P.A.T.H.)
Now let’s make the magic happen. We’re going to take that one question and run it through the P.A.T.H. Method to build trust, build your list, and lead people to a next step.
P = Pain → What’s the relatable problem?
A = Aha → What did you discover that helped? (Add skepticism if it applies!)
T = Transformation → What changed for you (or a client)?
H = How → What can they do next? (Here’s your CTA)
EXAMPLE: Energy-Based Content Stack
The Question:
“I’ve tried everything for energy and still crash by 2pm.”
Post (Caption Hook Options):
“If you crash by 2pm daily, read this.”
“3 things that helped me go from exhausted to actually functioning again”
“Tried everything and still tired? This changed everything for me.”
Post Caption (P.A.T.H.):
P: I was dragging every day by 2pm—coffee wasn’t cutting it and I felt wired but tired all the time.
A: I found this cortisol-balancing drink and honestly thought it was just another overpriced gimmick.
T: 2 weeks in, I started sleeping better, feeling calmer, and I could finally focus without needing a 4pm latte.
H: I put together a cheat sheet of the 3 things I changed—drop “RESET” and I’ll send it to you.
Short Form Ideas:
🎥 Face-to-cam with:
“POV: It’s 2pm and your brain feels like mashed potatoes. Here’s what helped me stop crashing every day.”
🎬 B-roll with overlay:
“3 things I changed to stop feeling exhausted by mid-afternoon ↓”
Stories:
→ Drop a poll: “Do you crash before 3pm?” Yes / Every. Day.
→ Share a mini version of your P.A.T.H. story
→ CTA slide: “Want the full cheat sheet? Drop RESET and I’ll send it!”
