Refund Policy

Refunds for Digital Products or Subscriptions

Automate & Elevate, LLC offers services, products, and subscriptions delivered in a digital format, and therefore, all sales are final. This includes discounted offers, lifetime plans, and recurring subscriptions. No exceptions will be made.If you wish to cancel a subscription, you can do so by logging into your account and navigating to the billing section, where you can cancel your subscription with a single click.

Alternatively, you may email support@automateandelevate.com for assistance.Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. However, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription period or prior payments.

For example:

If you cancel a monthly subscription on March 7th, you will continue to have access until March 31st but will not be refunded for any part of the March subscription fee.If you opt for a multi-payment option for an annual subscription and cancel partway through, you are still responsible for fulfilling the payment agreement for the subscription term.

Automate & Elevate recommends submitting cancellation requests promptly to avoid unintentional charges. Requests are processed within 2–3 business days.


Subscription Terms and Automatic Payment

Billing Terms

When you subscribe to Automate & Elevate, LLC services, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your subscription. The first payment is due upon account setup or immediately following the expiration of any free trial period. Monthly subscriptions will automatically renew each month, and your account will be charged for the following month’s subscription, including applicable taxes. Failure to use the services provided by Automate & Elevate does not relieve you of your obligation to pay for your subscription.

Accepted Payment Methods

Automate & Elevate accepts payment via credit or debit card. Payment details will be collected securely and stored solely for processing recurring charges. By subscribing, you authorize Automate & Elevate to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the agreed subscription term (e.g., monthly) unless canceled in accordance with this policy.

Automatic Renewal

For users with an active monthly subscription:

Each month, the subscription fee (including applicable taxes) will automatically be processed and billed to your payment method on the designated payment date.To cancel, you must submit a cancellation request at least ten (10) days before the start of the next subscription month. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in charges for the following month.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription via your account dashboard or by contacting support@automateandelevate.com. No refunds will be issued for any charges incurred before cancellation is processed.

For example:

If you cancel on March 15th but your billing date is March 10th, your subscription will remain active until April 9th, with no refund for the unused portion of March.

Automate & Elevate reserves the right to terminate your subscription immediately for non-payment. Any outstanding charges or fees will remain due and payable.

Collection of Unpaid Fees

In the event of non-payment, Automate & Elevate may engage collection services. You are responsible for all associated costs, including legal fees.

Applicable Taxes

All subscription fees are subject to applicable taxes, which will be added to your total bill.


Trial Offer Terms

If Automate & Elevate offers a free trial period:

The free trial will commence immediately upon registration and continue for the designated duration as advertised at the time of registration.

Free trials are limited to new users and may not be redeemed by previous subscribers or those who have already benefited from a free trial unless explicitly stated otherwise.A reminder email will be sent at least 7 days before the trial’s expiration, after which your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

To cancel a free trial, log in to your account dashboard or contact support@automateandelevate.com before the trial’s conclusion. Failure to cancel will result in automatic billing based on the subscription plan selected during registration.Automate & Elevate reserves the right to change the subscription rate and will provide prior notice of any rate changes. If you do not wish to continue under the updated terms, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
