I agree to the affiliate terms & conditions provided by the Automate and Elevate.

1. Introduction

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Automate & Elevate ("Company") and the Affiliate ("Affiliate"). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participating in the Automate & Elevate Affiliate Program ("Program").

2. Definitions

- Affiliate: An individual or entity participating in the Program to promote Automate & Elevate products and earn commissions.

- Company: Automate & Elevate, the provider of products and services to be promoted by the Affiliate.

- Products: The products and services offered by Automate & Elevate.

- Commissions: Earnings accrued by the Affiliate based on sales generated through their unique affiliate links.

3. Enrollment

To become an Affiliate, you must complete the online application form. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

- Promote Automate & Elevate products in a lawful and ethical manner.

- Use only the marketing materials provided or approved by the Company.

- Adhere to the guidelines and restrictions set forth by the Company.

- Avoid spamming or any deceptive practices in your promotional efforts.

5. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn a commission of 20%Tier 1 |10% tier 2 and flat rates on programs of all qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate links. Commissions are calculated based on the net sales amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and any refunds or chargebacks. Payments will be made on a Monthly basis.

6. Marketing and Promotion

Affiliates are permitted to use the following marketing methods:

- Social media posts

- Email marketing

- Blog posts and articles

- Paid advertising (with prior approval from the Company)

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

- Spamming

- Use of misleading or false advertising

- Promoting on websites that contain illegal or inappropriate content

7. Intellectual Property

The Company grants the Affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Automate & Elevate logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Products. All intellectual property rights remain with the Company.

8. Confidentiality

The Affiliate agrees to keep confidential all information related to the Company's business, including but not limited to, customer data, pricing, and marketing strategies.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, the Affiliate must cease all promotional activities and remove any references to Automate & Elevate products.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey.

11. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings. Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
